Return & Refund Policy

IN WHAT SITUATION CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS

Normally we do not accept return for products that are in good condition and delivered with correct order information. However, we do accept returns for any purchased product(s) within 14 days of the date of receipt for Hong Kong customers ONLY if the product is:

1. damaged or broken when received by the customers;

2. items missing from the package;

3. wrong items delivered to the customers;

4. any other scenarios that are deemed to be "failure to deliver" by Geologists Company

Once we have received your return, your return will then be examined by our Quality Assurance team. Once inspection is complete, our customer service representative will either process your refund for returns or assist you to place your replacement order for exchanges.

REFUND PROCEDURES

Please mail the order details, product(s), packaging and free gift (if applicable) to us as soon as possible. You may choose to mail your return to our office at your own cost and risk (including any shipping fee, taxes and duties) from the return. Should you have any enquiry, please contact Customer Service to make the arrangements.
